LORD: Worthy of Adoration
Revelation 7: 9-12
 “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen.”
  The term 'Adoration' comes from the Latin ‘adoratio’ meaning “to give homage or worship to someone or something”. Adoration is respect, reverence, strong admiration or devotion in a certain person, place or thing.
 We believe in “an Awesome God”; a God of “Amazing Love”; a God of “loving-kindness”. When we appreciate and focus on how wonderful God is, and acknowledge all the great things He has done, and is still doing and will continue to do in our lives, our natural response, due to our tremendous gratitude, ought to be praise, thanksgiving and adoration. Praising God makes every circumstance of our lives essential and worthwhile. . The Psalmist states: “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord” Psalm 150.6. “Praise is essential to the knowledge of God and His Will; there can be no holy life without it” says Smith Wigglesworth, a British Evangelist.
 When it comes to praising our Lord, do we often place too much emphasis on mere physical expressions? Often we limit our praise and adoration in singing songs, clapping our hands and dancing, and emotional expressions. Praising God with our physical bodies is all right; however we need to keep in mind that it is equally important to praise our God with our hearts and minds, and with our deeds.
 Deuteronomy 6:5 commands us to “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength”. When we truly worship and adore God, we ought to become His true disciples with great faith, yet void of any pretense, presumption and pride. Praising God should encourage and inspire us to do something profound every day.
 Are we willing to surrender all to Him? Are we willing to submit ourselves fully to the Lord so that He can correct, discipline and refine us thoroughly so that we may serve Him perfectly?
PRAYER
Dear Lord, we have so many reasons to praise and adore You. We praise You for Your abundant Glory, Greatness, Goodness and Grace. You are truly worthy of our praise. Amen.

When others look at us, do they see reflection of God’s praise in us?

PRIESTHOOD: THE ANOINTED MINISTRY Exodus 40:12-16 Bring Aaron and his sons to the entrance to the Tent of Meeting... wash them with water. Then dress Aaron in the sacred garments, anoint him and consecrate him so he may serve me as priest (Exodus 40: 12-13). Priesthood among the people of God was a divine command and initiation. God wanted some people to be separated for the special ministry among his people. God appointed Aaron and his descendants to take up this kind of ministry among the people of God. Priests are always separated and appointed as channels that connect God with his people. All throughout the history of Israel, priests played an important role in connecting people with God and to lead and guide them in the statutes of God. But there are incidents in the Bible where the priests failed in their duties and that led the people to go away from God.
