Our Triune God
2 Cor.  13. 11-14
“The grace of The Lord Jesus Christ ,and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all” (14)

In this passage Paul gives us a creed within the context of an exhortation to the Corinthians. Paul is concluding his second letter to the Corinthians and wanted to assure them that the key of rejoicing, being comfortable, and living in peace lay in God's disposition towards them. This is one of the passages of the bible where the three persons of the Trinity are mentioned. The three personalities of God are exclusively a Christian doctrine and a truth of scripture. This is a doctrine that goes beyond the scope of human's finite mind and it lies outside the realm of natural reason and logic. There was a unity and continuity in their experience of God as the God of their fathers, as the Christ who was their master and Lord and as the Holy Spirit, the ‘Paraclete’ who came to be with them.
The love of God, the grace of the only begotten Son and the abiding presence of the Holy Spirit are the three functions of God almighty and this cannot be separated.  However, we should not separate these three qualities from each other when we understand God. The love that creates and sustains the world, the grace of the Son that redeemed the fallen world and the everlasting presence of Holy spirit that guides are the three functions that the world experienced from the revelations of God.  The Trinity will become real to us as we cooperate in the work of God in Christ, ie, reconciling the world to God. This passage reveals us the threefold manifestation and activity of God
Recognize the love of God the Father in creation
God has shown us his love in creating the whole universe and in redemption by sending His son. In Jn 3:16 it clearly states that - For God so loved the world and gave his only begotten son and those who believe in Him have eternal life.
Realize the love in redemption
God the Son Jesus left the riches and the glory of heaven and took flesh by taking birth in Virgin Mary. According to John- the word became flesh ad dwelt among us and we beheld His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and Truth (Jn1:14)
Reaffirm the continuing love through God the Spirit
The spirit keeps us in the one true faith with in Holy Christian church, in which the pure Gospel is proclaimed and the sacraments properly administered according to God's word. In John 15:26 we read that when the helper comes ie, the spirit of Truth, who proceeds from the Father, He will bear witness of Me. The spirit moves through the word to gather, enlighten, and sanctify believers in the very word of Jesus.
So the key to the mystery of the Trinity is to recognize the eternal and unceasing love of God. By loving one another, we prove to the world that we are disciples of Christ. It is in loving others that we understand the meaning of the Trinity to the maximum extent.

Prayer:  The peace of God which passes all understanding keep our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen.
